Cancellations & Refund | Loan Counsel

1. Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment and before services have commenced.

Once work has started (consultation, documentation, lender communication, or any related task), cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:

Services have not been initiated.

A payment was made in error.

Failure to deliver agreed services due to our fault.

Refund Request Timeframe: You must request a refund within 7 calendar days of payment.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Escalation: If you are dissatisfied with our services, contact support@loancounsel.in. We will review and may offer service re-performance or a partial refund as applicable.
3. Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Services

Once any consultation or documentation work has begun, no refunds or cancellations will be provided.

Consultation fees, completed services, and any third-party charges (e.g., bank/legal fees) are strictly non-refundable.
4. Replacement or Service Re-performance

As our services are digital/consultation-based, no physical returns are applicable.

In case of dissatisfaction, we may offer a re-performance of services at our discretion, subject to mutual agreement.
