Cancellations & Refund | Loan Counsel

Effective Date: 01/08/2025

1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment and before services have commenced.

  • Once work has started (consultation, documentation, lender communication, or any related task), cancellations will not be accepted.

  • To cancel, email support@loancounsel.in with:

    1. Full Name

    2. Payment Reference Number

    3. Contact Number

    4. Reason for Cancellation

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:

    • Services have not been initiated.

    • A payment was made in error.

    • Failure to deliver agreed services due to our fault.

  • Refund Request Timeframe: You must request a refund within 7 calendar days of payment.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Escalation: If you are dissatisfied with our services, contact support@loancounsel.in. We will review and may offer service re-performance or a partial refund as applicable.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Services

  • Once any consultation or documentation work has begun, no refunds or cancellations will be provided.

  • Consultation fees, completed services, and any third-party charges (e.g., bank/legal fees) are strictly non-refundable.

4. Replacement or Service Re-performance

  • As our services are digital/consultation-based, no physical returns are applicable.

  • In case of dissatisfaction, we may offer a re-performance of services at our discretion, subject to mutual agreement.
