Loan Counsel provides financial consulting and advisory services, including but not limited to debt negotiation guidance, legal notice handling assistance, and EMI advisory.

We do not guarantee specific results as outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
3. Eligibility

5. Payments

All payments for services are to be made in advance through approved payment methods.

Payments are considered confirmation to start the process.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other approved methods displayed on our payment page. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.
6. Limitation of Liability

Loan Counsel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, you agree to first contact us in writing at support@loancounsel.in to attempt resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bengaluru, India, and the language shall be English.
