Loan Counsel was founded in 2025 by Mohammad Faizan, Rahil Saqlain Ali & Khasim Khan who witnessed firsthand the devastating emotional and financial toll that aggressive debt collection and default threats have on individuals and businesses. We saw a crucial gap: debtors needed qualified legal representation, not just negotiation agents
